If you're in tune with the automotive world, you're surely reading the aptly named Automobile magazine. It's a widely respected publication, and at BMW of Anchorage, we consider it a must-read for anyone who fancies themselves gearheads like we do. Each year, Automobile puts out a list of "All-Stars" to highlight the standout vehicles they've encountered. As you probably suspected, if we're writing about it on our blog, you can bet that a BMW cracked the list.

Besides the thrills a new BMW provides at the wheel, the automaker wants to make sure that the experience is comprehensive. That means keeping you connected to the outside world. The one device that already does it? A smartphone. So, with that in mind, BMW set out to make the synchronization of apps on our phones easier.

Here at BMW of Anchorage, we like to live in the here and now, showcasing our collection of luxury models currently available in our showroom. But, we're also a forward-thinking bunch, and we must say, we are really anticipating the arrival of the BMW M5 and M6 models. The release date has been inching closer and closer, which means more details are trickling out. One of those happens to be about a new package that will be available on these performance-based vehicles" the Competition package.
